field path
We use a variety of approaches to address my client’s unique needs such as art therapy, cognitive/cognitive-behavioral, family systems, integrative, interpersonal, person-centered, psychoeducational, and solution-focused brief therapy.  Treatment plans are tailored to effectively address the client’s current emotional needs and use approaches that include tools to help the client develop and sustain the growth desired.

There is a growing body of research that supports the practice of self-compassion and mindfulness in psychotherapy. Neuroscience research reveals individuals who practice these techniques are happier, more resilient, and better equipped to heal painful memories from the past. It is our honor and mission to help our clients move past what’s blocking them from reaching their full potential individually and in their relationships.

“What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.”

– Ralph Waldo Emerson
